Meet The Team

I started at Eagle in 2014, training at the plant to learn the intricacies of metal rerolling. After a year of insides sales, I went into outsides sales and business development. As VP of Sales & Marketing, I try to continue my customer-facing focus and align company growth with that of our customers. I like to ski, try to golf, and enjoy spending time with my family.

I joined Eagle Metals in 1997. I’m married to Christine Claytor and have a son Dylan, and a daughter, Shelby. I am graduate of Penn State University. I’m currently the President of the Fleetwood Volunteer Fire Company, President of The Friends of the Reading Police K-9 Unit, and Membership Committee Chair for the Knights of Columbus Council 14847.

I’m the Business Development Manager at Eagle Metals with 19 years of experience in the industry. I focus on building strong relationships, finding new opportunities and helping new customers get exactly what they need. Over the years, I’ve developed a solid understanding of the market and take pride in being someone clients can rely on. I enjoy working directly with customers and our team to keep things moving and deliver great results every day. I am a busy mom of two amazing children and in my spare time I am an avid beach bum who loves to travel and play soccer.

I have been with Eagle Metals for 38 years and counting. I'm a proactive, resourceful "fixer" and doer of everything, specializing in turning chaos into order and solving complex, undefined problems. With a "get-it-done” mindset, I work on bridging gaps between departments to deliver immediate results. I am guided and directed by my faith and family.

I started at Eagle Metals in December of 2024. As an Inside Sales Representative, I work closely with our customers, managing their accounts and quoting and placing orders for them. I coordinate with our production and shipping teams to help ensure orders are keeping pace during the processing stages and communicating any updates to our customers. I continue to learn and gain knowledge of our industry and value any input where needed. In my personal time, I enjoy my time with my family and friends, traveling, and following my beloved English football club, West Ham United.

I am an Accounting Assistant with over 20 years' experience ensuring accuracy and timeliness in Accounts Payable and Receivable processing along with daily banking and month-end account reconciliations. Other duties include performing Internal Audits and assisting in Payroll.
