Meet The Team

I started at Eagle Metals in 2012 as an accountant, after years of dreaming about being in the metals industry, before filling a need in our sales department. In 2013 I became VP of sales as our business continued to grow and we’ve done expansions to our Leesport, PA facility in 2014, 2015, and 2019. I was named President in January of 2023 and given the opportunity to run our company, filled with talented people who care about Eagle, what we do, and our customers. We will continue to grow organically, with an eye on outside opportunities as well, as we expand our product offering while continuing to be a reliable partner to our customers. I’ve also been fortunate to serve on the Executive Board of the Precision Metalforming Association, a vital association to our industry where I am currently Vice Chair and will be Chairman of in 2027. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my beautiful wife Kara and our three children, traveling, riding motorcycles and playing golf.

I started at Eagle in 2014, training at the plant to learn the intricacies of metal rerolling. After a year of insides sales, I went into outsides sales and business development. As VP of Sales & Marketing, I try to continue my customer-facing focus and align company growth with that of our customers. I like to ski, try to golf, and enjoy spending time with my family.

I joined Eagle Metals in 1997. I’m married to Christine Claytor and have a son Dylan, and a daughter, Shelby. I am graduate of Penn State University. I’m currently the President of the Fleetwood Volunteer Fire Company, President of The Friends of the Reading Police K-9 Unit, and Membership Committee Chair for the Knights of Columbus Council 14847.

I’m the Business Development Manager at Eagle Metals with 19 years of experience in the industry. I focus on building strong relationships, finding new opportunities and helping new customers get exactly what they need. Over the years, I’ve developed a solid understanding of the market and take pride in being someone clients can rely on. I enjoy working directly with customers and our team to keep things moving and deliver great results every day. I am a busy mom of two amazing children and in my spare time I am an avid beach bum who loves to travel and play soccer.

I have been with Eagle Metals for 38 years and counting. I'm a proactive, resourceful "fixer" and doer of everything, specializing in turning chaos into order and solving complex, undefined problems. With a "get-it-done” mindset, I work on bridging gaps between departments to deliver immediate results. I am guided and directed by my faith and family.

I started at Eagle Metals in December of 2024. As an Inside Sales Representative, I work closely with our customers, managing their accounts and quoting and placing orders for them. I coordinate with our production and shipping teams to help ensure orders are keeping pace during the processing stages and communicating any updates to our customers. I continue to learn and gain knowledge of our industry and value any input where needed. In my personal time, I enjoy my time with my family and friends, traveling, and following my beloved English football club, West Ham United.

I am an Accounting Assistant with over 20 years' experience ensuring accuracy and timeliness in Accounts Payable and Receivable processing along with daily banking and month-end account reconciliations. Other duties include performing Internal Audits and assisting in Payroll.
